File locations

Listed below is a list of locations where files can be found:
  • metadata template - N:/is/production/DAM metadata/ce_metadata_*.xlsx
  • network asset folders:
    • Q:/brainhoney/courses/[course cat # as listed on TW task]/[version # as listed in TW]/media/images
    • I://[course cat # as listed on TW task]/[version # as listed in TW]/media/images
    • N:/is/production/courses/[course cat # as listed on TW task]/[version # as listed in TW]/development/art or artproduction (not to be catalogued at this time)
  • copyright sheets - N:/is/production/courses/[course cat # as listed on TW task]/[version # as listed in TW]/development/instructional designer/copyright/CopyrightAccessibilityTracker.xlsx
The course metadata sheets will be saved in the courses folder (I:/, Q:/, N:/), there will be at least 2 metadata sheets per course (N:/ and I:/ or Q:/), but each sheet will reside in the folder containing assets recorded on the sheet.
